The role provides front-line IT assistance, troubleshooting and issue resolution for C5ISR personnel across multiple operating systems and hardware, including printers and mobile devices.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Microsoft Windows 10 Specialist certification within 3 months.
• U.S. Citizenship required and active Secret clearance.

Aufgaben

• Provide IT Tier I/II help desk support to government customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple OS platforms; assist with imaging, profile creation, and software installs.
• Support printers, scanners, and peripherals; ensure devices are fully functional on wired and wireless networks.
• Assist with account creation, ticketing, and escalation in Remedy/CIO Portal systems.
• Provide on-site, remote, and phone support for end users, including VIPs and mission-critical systems.
