Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to provide a mix of on-site and remote IT support. You will handle workstation OS issues, printer problems, and office software, while supporting line-of-business apps and M365 administration.

The role requires a background in Windows and Mac troubleshooting, Server 2016–2025, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Azure, and Active Directory, with MSP experience preferred. Valid driver’s license for client visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Willing to work full-time on-site, either at the company office or client locations as required.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues of any kind.
• Troubleshoot printer issues of any kind.
• Resolve standard business application issues (Office, etc.).
• Troubleshoot line-of-business apps for common apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor assistance.
• Handle M365 administration issues.
• Address server issues.
• Triage basic and intermediate networking problems.
• Serve as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support onsite and remote.
