Job summary

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers is seeking a Systems Administrator to support all software applications, install, configure, maintain and support the organization's local & wide area network. Maintain network hardware and software and monitor network availability to ensure access for all system users.

The administrator will provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues via in-person, phone, or email, and manage PCs, servers, and mobile devices to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrator on a medium sized network of servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies.
• Experience providing end-user support via phones and remote management tools.
• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Windows 7/10, Server 2008/2012/2016.
• Experience with VMware ESX / vSphere.
• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting MS Office, desktop applications, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Experience with mobile technology: iPads, iPhones, Android tablets & MS Surface.

Responsibilities
