Job summary

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers is seeking a Systems Administrator to support all software applications, install, configure, maintain and support the organization's local & wide area network. Maintain network hardware and software and monitor network availability to ensure access for all system users.

The administrator will provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues via in-person, phone, or email, and manage PCs, servers, and mobile devices to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrator on a medium sized network of servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies.
• Experience providing end-user support via phones and remote management tools.
• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Windows 7/10, Server 2008/2012/2016.
• Experience with VMware ESX / vSphere.
• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting MS Office, desktop applications, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Experience with mobile technology: iPads, iPhones, Android tablets & MS Surface.

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers is seeking a SystemsAdministrator to support all software applications.

Install, configure, maintain and support the organization'slocal & wide area network. Maintain network hardware and software. Monitor network toensure network availability to all system users and performnecessary maintenance to support network availability. Install, configure, and maintain physical servers, desktops,laptops and wireless devices.

The Systems Administrator provides a single point of contactfor end users to receive support and maintenance within theorganization's computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintainingand upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimalworkstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, bytelephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion, andprovide end-user assistance where required.

Experience and Skills

Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting desktopand laptop computers.
• Demonstrated ability to support networked printers, scanners and photocopiers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines whenwork speed and sustained accuracy is paramount.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016,Exchange Server, TCP/IP, Firewalls and Routing

Experience:
