Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT support or systems administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 desktop and laptop support.
• Assist with Windows and Linux server administration and patching.
• Support Global Shop ERP system and related configurations.
• Maintain system documentation and procedures.
