Job summary

eCu Global Recycling seeks an IT Systems Analyst to guide end-users in hardware, software, and information systems usage. The role maintains and upgrades systems, analyzes IT needs, and troubleshoots issues to ensure uptime.

You will support end-users, monitor networks, secure data, and participate in project work while coordinating with the CIO. Based in Millville, NJ, occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with 3-5 years of hands-on work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of end-user information systems/applications, programming, and cyber security.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in customer service support or Help Desk operations.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written & verbal communications across management levels.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel occasionally (<25%) to other U.S. domestic locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Respond to IT service calls/emails in a timely manner.
• Assist and escalate for advanced repairs as needed.
• Track issues to resolution and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide remote support for branch locations with occasional travel for break/fix.
• Maintain servers and physical hosts with regular updates.
• Administer and secure network, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
