General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a capable System Administrator to support, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems across UNIX, Linux, Windows, and related infrastructure.

You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, manage accounts, and implement security controls in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. The role requires 5+ years of SA experience, 2+ years ITSM, and a ServiceNow Admin certification, with a strong emphasis on reliability and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required; four additional SA years may substitute for degree.
• Five (5) years of SA experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Two (2) years of ITSM experience required.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems; install and upgrade OS software.
• Manage day-to-day IT system operations, monitoring, and problem resolution.
• Perform account management: create, modify, disable, and remove user accounts.
• Implement and sustain system security controls; perform vulnerability scans.
• Apply IAVA security patches and track patch status in records.
