Transforming Age HQ1 in Bellevue (Seattle/Bellevue area) is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to provide high level user support, manage daily IT operations, and participate in technology projects. Requires 3+ years' experience, Windows and Mac OS proficiency, and experience with Microsoft 365. Salary ranges from $89,600 to $95,000 annually, with 401(k) matching and comprehensive PTO and health

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's in Information Systems or a related field preferred.
• 3 or more years of professional experience in the field.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong understanding of technology in a business environment.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Local travel between WA communities; Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
• Diagnoses and resolve network connectivity issues affecting residents and staff.
• Supports and participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, device deployments, migrations, documentation efforts, and other technology initiatives as assigned.
• Keeps current with system information, changes, and updates.
• Provides scheduled on-call and after-hours technical coverage (rare after-hours escalations, one week per month, 5PM PST - 8AM PST).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
