Houston Food Bank is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage day‑to‑day IT operations, including user support, endpoint management, and collaboration technologies. You will handle Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and VPN/troubleshooting in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting users in an enterprise environment
• 3–5 years hands-on with Active Directory (hybrid environments preferred), Microsoft 365, Windows OS, ticketing systems (Zendesk), networking basics, and RBAC/SSO/MFA
• Basic knowledge of A/V systems (Extron) and experience with multiple tickets and prioritization
• Familiarity with ITIL/SLA basics and Microsoft Cloud services
• Exposure to Intune or endpoint management tools and PowerShell scripting is a plus
• Hybrid identity experience (AD + Azure AD) preferred
• Microsoft Windows Desktop Environment and Office 365 Cloud Environment certifications preferred

Responsabilidades

• Endpoint provisioning, device deployment, and lifecycle management
• Manage Identity and Access (AD/Azure AD, groups, MFA, SSO)
• Onboarding and offboarding user accounts and devices
• Support AV/conference room systems and collaboration tech
• Own IT systems and processes; maintain docs and SOPs
• Provide desk-side and remote user support; triage and resolve issues
• Ensure security/compliance with policies; coordinate with IT staff/vendors
