Job summary

Employment & Training Centers, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT leader to manage its enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, and security posture in Houston.

The role includes Microsoft 365 administration, identity access management, and device management across the organization. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT operations, strong networking knowledge, and experience with AV and digital signage systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Minimum of five years hands-on experience supporting IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint devices.
• Experience with audiovisual systems, digital signage, or video walls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Provide frontline IT support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 suite, Entra ID, and Intune configurations.
• Maintain cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee audiovisual and digital signage infrastructure and video walls.
