- Minimum 2 years of ERP or enterprise software/support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems and business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, workflow, data, and user issues.
- Assist users with system functionality and processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
- Maintain system documentation and configurations.
