Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Two years of experience in the IT field.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance and training on computer and communication systems and software applications to center staff.
• Identifies and resolves hardware, software, and network problems and assists staff with application issues.
• Assists in installation and maintenance of new computers, networks, software applications, and communication systems equipment.
• Develops job aids, checklists, training and resource materials for tasks performed in software.
• Mentors students interested in information technology careers.
