LITTLE TREES in Watertown, NY is seeking an IT Specialist to provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and security. The role includes troubleshooting issues escalated from Help Desk, maintaining inventories, ensuring software licensing compliance, and assisting with deployment of communications technologies.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, and may involve occasional after-hours or weekend

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from Help Desk Technicians
• Maintain inventory of all hardware and software
• Maintain compliance with software licensing requirements
• Assist with deploying and troubleshooting Communications Technologies (Phone systems, etc.)
• Perform Server and Network maintenance as directed
• Coordinate user hardware or software deployment
• Occasional after-hours or weekend hours required
