Job summary

Rivet Industries is seeking an IT Support Technician based in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our internal technology environment, managing IT support requests and resolving issues with urgency. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in help desk roles, experience with Windows and macOS, and knowledge of networking protocols.

Responsibilities include configuring workstations, troubleshooting network issues, and contributing to documentation. Competitive compensation of $65,000 - $85,000 plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a help desk, desktop support, or IT support role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal IT support requests, triaging and resolving issues.
• Image, configure, and deploy workstations for team members.
• Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues including LAN/WAN and VPN.
