Job summary

You will troubleshoot network and authentication issues, assist with remote installs, manage collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Exchange, and help optimize IT service delivery.

Qualifications

3+ years in a Help Desk role with walk-up service
Strong interpersonal communication with empathy
Mac OS command-line troubleshooting and app failure resolution
Advanced knowledge of Slack, Teams and Google Workspace
Experience supporting Windows OS and iOS/Android devices in enterprise environments
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, or Okta
Knowledge of Active Directory and basic administration

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot client-side network connectivity issues, including authentication and remote access
Support user requests and perform remote installations as needed
Assist remote users with access problems (password resets, network access)
Support messaging and calendaring services and content collaboration
Lead in ticket processes and coach other technicians
Monitor team metrics and drive improvements based on trends
Participate in weekly team syncs with actionable discussions
Seek feedback to optimize user support and requirements
