Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) seeks a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician to join the IT team, delivering front-line and escalation support for 5 offices and remote users. You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and AV/AVD environments while maintaining end-user productivity and security.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years’ experience in technical support, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. This on-site role at Carlsbad offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Technical Support or level 2 support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Azure and Windows OS.
• Hands-on with Active Directory/Azure AD, Intune, and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 end-user support across multiple offices and remote users.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity; guide users to solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, AD/Azure AD, and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Document issues and resolutions; contribute to knowledge base and mentor Level 1 staff.
