Job summary

The role includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 support as needed, regular maintenance, asset management, and collaboration with ITS to keep systems running smoothly. On-site hours and occasional after-hours coverage are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a service-based environment providing technical support.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for Windows, Mac, and network issues.
• Maintain classroom technology and perform software/firmware updates.
• Assist with hardware upgrades and new computer installs.
• Document assets and support tickets; assist in procurement when needed.
