Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation (MTE) seeks an IT Support professional to promote maximum service by maintaining hardware and software across the organization and supporting member needs.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in IT or related field, four years of related experience, and relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+ or Microsoft 365 credentials, with strong teamwork and customer service skills in a non-exempt, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Active IT certifications from the listed options or higher, per supervisor approval.
• Good understanding of workstations, printers, and other peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for MTE staff and members.
• Troubleshoot desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Collaborate with team to maintain Windows and macOS environments.
