Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or successful completion of TCAT's IT program, or four years of related experience.
• Must have one of the following active certifications from the list: Entry Level (A+; Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator; Google IT Support) or Advanced Certifications (Network+, Security+, Cloud+, Project+; several Microsoft 365 certs).
• Must understand workstations, printers, and other peripherals; familiar with Windows and Apple OS.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time; willingness to participate in on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support to MTE teammates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues to ensure reliable member service.
• Assist with on-the-job training and IT projects as needed.

• At least an associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or successful completion of TCAT's Information Technology program, or four years of related experience is required.

• Must have a good understanding of computer workstations, printers, and other peripherals, such as monitors, keyboards, and scanners.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
• Reclassification to the senior level requires at least two (2) years of satisfactory job performance, ability to diagnose and correct complex technical problems, independently manage IT projects, obtain at least three (3) advanced certifications from the above list, and the recommendation of the supervisor. Additionally, the employee must exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.
