Talentify is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first‑level support across systems, software, and hardware. The role requires using incident management tools to track incidents, requests, and downtime, and to document daily tasks per the schedule. You will help maintain asset inventories and collaborate on SOPs to advance IT strategy.

The position emphasizes staying current with industry trends and performing other duties as assigned, within the work environment at our Laughlin location.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in computer technology or equivalent technical training.
• At least one year in a technical support role preferred.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level support for systems, software, and hardware.
• Use problem management software to track all user incidents, requests, and system downtime
• Complete assigned daily tasks per the daily work schedule and meet SLA targets
• Collaborate with team members to create and maintain standard operating procedures and technical support documentation
• Maintain technology asset inventories including PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, network, telephone systems and peripherals
• Stay current with industry trends to help advance IT strategy
• Performs any other duties as assigned
