Carthage System is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in Carthage, IL. The role offers a pathway to learn database and systems administration while serving as a backup to senior IT staff.

You will respond to help desk tickets, configure workstations and user accounts, and assist with server maintenance under guidance. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT preferred.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and remote desktop tools is a plus.
