GCS Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Technician to support hardware, infrastructure, and end-user technology in a mission-critical operations environment. You will build, image, configure, and deploy hardware and devices, troubleshoot desktops, peripherals, and network issues, and perform rack-and-stack and cabling work.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of hands-on IT support, experience with hardware deployment, knowledge of Windows and basic Linux, and networking fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT support, field services, infrastructure, or data center experience.
• Experience with hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux command-line usage.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités
