Job summary

Sticker Mule in New York is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain hardware and software across onsite and remote devices, including Apple products, Windows PCs, servers, networking gear, and factory equipment.

You will set up user accounts, provide on-site end-user support, manage manufacturing devices, and document requests in Asana. Requires 1–3 years IT experience, associate degree or IT certs, and proficiency with VMware, Mac OS, Windows, Linux, networking, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or IT certifications in information systems or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of IT experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and support methodologies.
• Experience with VMware, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Windows Server.
• Solid TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wired and wireless networking knowledge.
• Experience with Google Workspace and SaaS-based apps.
• Experience with computer-driven manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up new hire user accounts and deactivations.
• Provide on-site end-user support for remote employees.
• Install and maintain IT equipment including Mac/PC/Chromebook and factory devices.
• Record, update, and escalate requests using Asana.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform other duties to support manufacturing and remote teams.
