Job summary

JCW Group is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to provide deskside and end-user support for a 250+ user site in Clinton & Terre Haute, IN. You will handle Windows 11, M365, Teams video conferencing, telephony, and asset lifecycle management in a regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment.

The role requires hands-on IT involvement with documentation per SOPs and procurement for local infrastructure projects. Prior ITIL/OT experience is a plus for this 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting end-user technologies in a 250+ user environment.
• Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deskside and end-user support across PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, M365, Teams video conferencing, and telephony.
• Break/fix and IMAC services for a site population of 250+ users.
• Managing assets, incidents, requests, and changes in ServiceNow.
• Last-mile support for site network equipment, cabling, server rooms, and manufacturing and lab IT infrastructure.
• Executing local infrastructure projects, lifecycle management, and equipment procurement, with accurate SOPs and documentation.

A global pharmaceutical manufacturer is hiring an onsite IT Support Technician. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role. You will be the IT presence people walk up to, supporting a regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment where the technology has to work and the documentation has to hold up.

What you will be doing

• Deskside and end-user support across PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, M365, Teams video conferencing, and telephony
• Break/fix and IMAC services for a site population of 250+ users

What we are looking for

• 5+ years supporting end-user technologies and infrastructure in a 250+ user environment
• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, or equivalent certifications and practical experience
• Hands-on with end-user devices, basic networking and wireless, video conferencing, digital security, asset and lifecycle management, and ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM tool

What gives you an edge

• ITIL framework and IT service management experience
• Prior work alongside Operational Technology teams in manufacturing
• Familiarity with regulated (GMP) manufacturing and laboratory systems
