AMS Fulfillment is seeking an IT Support I to serve as the initial point of contact for staff tech issues. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account problems while delivering strong customer service in a collaborative team.

You will provide onsite and remote support for devices, configure Windows workstations, manage AD/M365 accounts, and assist with onboarding hardware and office IT deployments. Travel to support warehouses is required.

Competenze

Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
2+ years in Help Desk or Desktop Support.
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic networking, printers, and peripherals.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Respond to help desk tickets, calls, and walk-up requests.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and common business apps.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
Create/modify/disable user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Assist with inventory management and IT projects.
