Qualifications

• Two+ years IT support experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware and software issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Set up computer networks as required.
• Repair or upgrade user hardware and software.
• Collaborate with users on IT needs and explore new software/technologies to improve site operations.
• Reply to incidents and resolve issues as needed.
• Record solutions to incidents per prescribed protocols.
• Provide emergency response when systems fail and update end users.
• Assist other support technicians as required.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Test new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
• Attend meetings and provide updates as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
