Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver comprehensive end-user support for the VITA contract across Virginia. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment and software at client sites, troubleshoot issues, and guide users in operation and best practices.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to work with a distributed team. Travel to various client locations in Virginia may be required, including after-hours support

Responsibilities

• Provide direct end user IT support for the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) contract.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment, software, and integrated systems at client sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; perform break/fix and warranty repair as needed.
• Manage tickets, perform asset management, and assist with imaging and deployments.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as required.
• Travel to client sites within Virginia and surrounding areas.
