Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Two+ years IT support experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when needed.
• Set up and maintain computer networks as required.
• Repair or upgrade user equipment and software.
• Collaborate with other departments to support site IT needs.
• Document solutions and provide end-user updates on progress.
• Provide emergency response when systems fail and keep users informed.
