Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server, Routing and Switching, and Microsoft 365 (InTune).
• Strong ticket management and communication skills.
• Willingness to assist L1 and cross‑department teams.

Responsibilities

• Be escalation point for higher level IT issues.
• Accept tickets through HelpMe (BMS) within the IICS SLA’s.
• Update tickets on a daily basis and communicate with the clients regarding resolution.
• Assist L1 associates.
• Assist other departments includes IT Help Desk and auditing IICS IT software.
