Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of specialized work experience in PC hardware, software, and printer peripherals.
• Experience providing technical assistance to users, diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of basic PC concepts and common software applications.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technical assistance to staff on data process equipment, systems, and applications.
• Provides hands-on training to users on computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Writes user-friendly instructions and guidelines for system use and maintenance.
• Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and network issues; performs diagnostic testing.
• Installs, disassembles, and relocates IT equipment such as monitors, printers, and disk drives.
• Documents user issues and resolutions; recommends improvements to system operations.
