Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist end users via remote sessions and to visit Los Angeles client offices for on-site support. You will handle diverse environments, work across cloud components, and translate complex tech into clear user guidance.

The role requires interacting with all levels of client business, from front desk to CEO, and using tools such as Meraki, macOS, Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and more. A proactive, communicative approach is essential.

Qualifications

Experience providing IT support via chat, phone and email.
Ability to visit client offices and work within diverse environments.
Knowledge of cloud services and credentialing/security basics.
Able to simplify complex technical information for end users.

Responsibilities

Assist end users through remote sessions via chat, phone, and email.

Support clients across diverse technical environments and cloud infrastructure components.
Simplify complex technical solutions and convey them to end users.
Interact with all levels of clients' businesses, from the front desk to the CEO.
