Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Deployment Specialist to support onboarding and deployment of endpoint management and cybersecurity solutions for our clients. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to deploy, configure, and validate Microsoft 365, cloud migration, and security platforms.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for success. The role involves troubleshooting across Windows environments, identity management, and device management, ensuring deployments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT support, systems administration, MSP, cloud, or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with RMM, EDR, SIEM, identity security, endpoint encryption, and related cybersecurity technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact during client onboarding and deployment.
• Coordinate deployment activities with clients and internal technical teams.
• Deploy, configure, and validate endpoint management and cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor deployment status and validate successful implementation across client environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment, installation, connectivity, permissions, and identity/security issues.
• Maintain accurate client, ticket, deployment, configuration, and technical handoff documentation.
