Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in CS preferred.
• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English; other languages a plus.

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Los Angeles As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and employees This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues setting up and maintaining computer systems and assisting with network configurations The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone email or in-person


• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops laptops and mobile devices


• Install configure and maintain computer systems


• Assist with network configurations and troubleshooting


• Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions


• Educate clients and employees on proper use of technology resources

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred


• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role for at least 2 years


• Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications


• Familiarity with networking concepts including TCPIP protocols LANWAN configuration DNS DHCP


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure


• Strong communication skills in English additional languages are a plus


• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ Network+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate MCSA


• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V


• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
