Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an IT support role or help desk environment.
• Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Perform thorough troubleshooting for hardware and software problems.
• Manage account setup, password resets, and access management.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support with proper documentation.
• Install and update software on end-user devices and configure workstations.
• Maintain inventory and create documentation for issues and resolutions.
