Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Networking, MIS, Computer Science, IT Management or related field OR equivalent work experience.
• Industry standard certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with computer systems, peripherals, mobile technology, or network/client-server troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Android OS.
• Familiarity with imaging techniques and software.
• Excellent design and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process issue tickets for the corporate office.
• Willingness to learn new software and computer skills.
• Repair defective computer equipment such as PCs, printers, tablets, register equipment, etc.
• Load and install software or peripherals locally and remotely.
• Perform site preventative maintenance on computer equipment and systems at the corporate office.
• Perform project work as assigned.
• Perform Maintenance Change Request (MCR) work such as equipment upgrades.
