The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking a Computer Support Tech I in the General Tax Administration Program to provide user support, administer the LAN, and coordinate with ISP to resolve hardware, software, and security issues.

The role involves conducting security/compliance audits and ensuring system integrity while supporting Audit and Collection units; prior experience in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of experience providing technical support.
• Experience researching system issues and implementing system resolution.
• Professional experience supporting users in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for Audit and Collection units and administer the LAN.
• Coordinate with ISP to resolve hardware, software, communication components, and system security requirements.
