Job summary

BRMS in the United States is seeking a Computer Systems Technician I to provide company-wide computer hardware and software support. The role requires hands-on on-site work with consistent attendance and a readiness to collaborate with the IT team.

The ideal candidate will maintain hardware/software, install and test computers and peripherals, and troubleshoot issues to support end users. Experience with Windows OS, networking, and Office 365 is preferred, as is familiarity with Active Directory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1–3 years in HelpDesk or related field.
• Ability to perform essential duties with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site work with consistent attendance.
• Maintain hardware/software with external support as needed.
• Install and test computers and peripherals.
• Install and maintain software.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support end users.
• Assist in implementing computer projects.
• Maintain documentation.
• Assist IT team including QA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
