Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks an hands-on IT Support Technician to support hardware, infrastructure, and end-user technology in a mission-critical operations environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in hardware deployment, desktop support, networking, or data center operations.

You will build and deploy hardware, troubleshoot desktops and network issues, and perform rack-and-stack and cabling work in a fast-paced setting with an emphasis on reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT support, field services, or data center experience.
• Experience with hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux command-line usage.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities
