Job summary

You will handle end-user support, device deployments, and basic troubleshooting across office, warehouse, and farm operations in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Ability to travel between company locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: Respond to helpdesk tickets, calls, emails, and walk-up requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office.
• Assist users with password resets and account access.
• Configure email and mobile devices.
• Provide printer, scanner, and peripheral support.
• Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install standard software packages and apply basic configuration settings.
• Document support procedures and fix notes.
• Update IT asset inventory and equipment records.
• Record hardware changes, software installs, and device replacements.
• Troubleshoot basic workstation network connectivity issues.
• Escalate server, network, application, and security issues as needed.
• Assist senior IT staff with maintenance and rollout tasks.
