Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 1 year in customer service and/or IT.
• Associate’s degree acceptable in lieu of experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel daily or overnight.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Create and manage technology tickets in the ticketing system.
• Assist with relocations and disposal of technology.
