Job summary

Ashton Solutions in Beachwood, OH is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our collaborative team. You'll work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot end-user environments, support business-critical systems, and gain hands-on experience that helps build a long-term IT career at a fast-growing MSP.

This hybrid role offers mentorship, exposure to a wide range of technologies, and the opportunity to support 100+ SMB clients while delivering clear communication and outstanding customer

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of hands-on PC support or IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• General knowledge of hardware platforms, cloud services, and line-of-business applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced service environment.
• Confidence delivering high-quality customer service and communicating clearly with end users.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow tasks through to completion accurately. Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 through phone, email, remote, and onsite support
• Support and maintain client networks and security infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, access points, and switches
• Troubleshoot issues across a variety of on-premises and cloud environments
• Manage and prioritize support tickets while setting clear expectations and delivering excellent customer service
• Accurately document client issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
• Support over 100+ SMB clients, gaining exposure to diverse technologies and business environments
