Job summary

Ashton Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician in Beachwood, OH for a hybrid role. You will work with senior engineers to support end-user environments, troubleshoot business-critical systems, and gain hands-on experience for a long-term IT career.

The role offers strong mentorship, exposure to multiple client environments, and clear opportunities for growth in a fast-paced MSP setting. 2 remote work days per week after training are included.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PC support or IT support experience (0–2 years).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and end-user applications.
• General knowledge of hardware, cloud services, and business apps.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 through phone, email, remote, and onsite channels.
• Support and maintain client networks and security infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, access points, switches).
• Troubleshoot issues across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage and prioritize tickets with clear communication and customer service.
• Document client issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Support over 100+ SMB clients across diverse environments.

In this role, you'll work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot a wide range of end-user environments, support business-critical systems, and gain the hands-on technical experience that helps build a long-term IT career. This is a hybrid opportunity in Beachwood, OH.

What You'll Do

• Provide support for common business applications including Microsoft 365 (O365) through phone, email, remote, and onsite support
• Support and maintain client networks and security infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, access points, and switches
• Troubleshoot issues across a variety of on-premises and cloud environments
• Manage and prioritize support tickets while setting clear expectations and delivering excellent customer service
• Accurately document client issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
• Support over 100+ SMB clients, gaining exposure to diverse technologies and business environments

What You Bring

• 0-2 years of hands-on PC support or IT support experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• General knowledge of hardware platforms, cloud services, and line-of-business applications
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced service environment
• Confidence delivering high-quality customer service and communicating clearly with end users
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow tasks through to completion accurately
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and tools
