Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a motivated Tier 1/2 IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced ITS Department. The role combines in-office collaboration with a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and a focus on delivering high-quality end-user support.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, assist with deployments and upgrades, and help document workflows while developing your IT skills in a growing firm that values creativity and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in the field of computers is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years working IT support is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based client operating systems.
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
• Working knowledge of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model.
• Ability to diagnose problems, perform repairs on IT assets, and provide support for a wide range of applications.
• Ability to maintain a clean and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and troubleshooting of complicated issues on the Helpdesk.
• Provide high level customer services consistent with IT best practices.
• Assist with end user system deployments and upgrades.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards.
• Develop documentation for new and existing workflows.
• Assist with testing new software, service packs, and patches.
• Occasional travel may be required as needed.
