Job summary

LifeStance Health in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT team. The role provides end-user technical support, resolves incidents, and ensures hardware, software, and network systems run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years in a help desk or technical support role, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills. Compensation is $25.00 - $28.00/hour with a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a technical support or help desk role.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS, plus Microsoft 365.
• Experience with AD, VPNs, and remote access tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to users via multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows/macOS.
• Configure and install workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in AD and 365.
• Document incidents in the ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk, ManageEngine).
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
• Support video conferencing tools and AV equipment.
