Responsibilities

• Configure, deliver, and install PCs, peripherals, and standard software.
• Build and maintain corporate PC images for laptops and desktops.
• Organize and oversee the return of leased equipment and prepare old devices for donation/disposal.
• Provide end-user support under guidance of PC support specialists.
• Document technical issues and resolutions per corporate standards.
• Maintain inventory of computers and components.
• Assist in developing and maintaining PC-related policies and procedures.
