Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a PC Technician to provide end-user support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise desktop environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and IP configuration.

Duties include imaging, deployments, data transfers, asset management, and meticulous documentation with daily activity reporting.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience supporting, installing, and deploying PCs and related hardware.
• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Experience installing Windows operating systems, software, and business applications.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of profile management, data migration, and data transfer processes.
• Strong customer service skills with experience interacting directly with end users.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise desktop environments.
