Job summary

Wellvance is seeking an IT Technician to serve as the primary contact for IT-related staff inquiries. You will diagnose computer issues, monitor systems, install hardware and software, and provide hands-on support across devices and networks.

On-call support and end-user training are included. Ideal candidates hold a two-year associate degree or equivalent experience in IT support, with a focus on security and user provisioning.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate's degree in computer science or related field.
• Equivalent knowledge with two+ years of hands-on IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Create user accounts for AD, M365, email and applications.
• First-level IT support for staff on computers, mobiles, and software.
• Install and configure hardware, software per specs.
• Maintain security and privacy of IT systems.
• Escalate complex issues to second-level support.
• Document IT activities in the support system.
• Configure new equipment for daily use and connectivity.
• Deploy IT resources to end-user locations.
• Upgrade and monitor software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot to resolve issues.
