Wellvance Community Mental Health Authority in Tawas City, MI is seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on IT support, diagnose issues, install hardware and software, and monitor IT systems for staff. You will configure end-user devices, manage accounts, and ensure security across the network.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate's degree in computer science, business, mathematics, or related field, or two+ years of hands-on technician experience.
• First level of staff support for computers, mobile devices, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Create user accounts for AD, M365, email and apps; suspend/disable as needed.
• Provide first-level IT support for staff and devices.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network resources per agency specs.
• Maintain IT security and privacy of systems and information.
• Document activities in IT support system software.
• Deploy IT resources to end-user locations and provide on-call support.
