Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Conshohocken, PA to monitor, install, and maintain computers, networks, and software. You will diagnose and resolve IT issues, manage inventories, and support end-users across the organization on site.

We value a candidate with 2 years of IT support experience, an associate degree in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/365, Active Directory, and Windows systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field, certification, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 products, Active Directory, Windows-based PCs and laptops.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair new and/or existing PCs.
• Provide maintenance and administration of both a computer network and connected desktop/laptop computers.
• Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets requiring complex problem solving.
• Manage IT inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
