Job summary

Grant Associates is seeking an IT support professional with a four-year degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years supporting IT environments, including helpdesk and network infrastructure, and superb communication skills to document procedures.

You will work with Windows, networking, Office 365, and administration, deliver strong customer service under pressure, and collaborate with teams to improve IT

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent working experience.
• Three to Five years of experience in supporting IT environment including helpdesk and network infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including authoring technical documentation to support the IT environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with people in pressured situations.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Must be detailed oriented with good follow-through skills.
• Experience with Windows, networking, Microsoft Office 365 and administration.
